AFSA Committee Applications

The AFSA Committee Applications are finally out! The following are the steps to apply. Both steps must be followed and completed in order to be fully considered for the committee.

You may apply to a MAXIMUM of 3 committees of your choice.

For more information on the committees please click here for information about the VP's and their respective committees.

For applicants who are upper year (3A or above) please ONLY fill out this form here and you DO NOT have to complete Steps 1 and 2:

Everyone one else MUST COMPLETE STEPS 1 & 2.

Everyone applying must fill out the general member application first or you will not be considered.
